HR Executive

Role & responsibilities

Human Resources Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
• Handle employee grievance
• Conduct training sessions and support performance management processes.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling employee records and HR-related matters.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and event arrangements.
• Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping.

Travel Management Responsibilities:

• Arrange domestic and international travel for Director employees, including flight, accommodation, and transport bookings.
• Manage travel budgets, negotiate with travel vendors, and ensure cost-effective travel arrangements.
• Process travel expense reports and reimbursements.
• Maintain travel records and ensure compliance with company travel policies.
• Address any travel-related issues and support employees during travel.
