Role & responsibilities

• Counseling and Guidance:
• Act as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families.
• Provide detailed information about programs, courses, and specializations offered by the institution.
• Assist students in identifying suitable courses based on their interests, career goals, and academic qualifications.
• Admission Support:
• Guide students through the entire admission process, including application submission, documentation, and fee payment.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective students to complete the admission process.
• Address any queries or concerns related to eligibility, scholarships, or course content.
• Outreach and Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational consultants to attract potential candidates.
• Conduct educational fairs, webinars, and seminars to promote the institution's offerings.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system or database.
• Generate reports on admission statistics and trends to help refine recruitment strategies.
• Customer Service:
• Offer exceptional customer service by addressing complaints or escalations promptly and effectively.
• Provide post-admission support to ensure a smooth transition for new students.
• Marketing and Promotions:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to attract students.
• Utilize digital platforms, including social media, email, and WhatsApp, for effective communication and outreach.

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in education, counseling, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in admissions counseling or sales is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to empathize with students and provide personalized guidance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
