Job Profile: Human Resources (HR) Specialist at Tailsway

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
   
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.

3. Training and Development:
   
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

• Support the implementation of ongoing training initiatives.
4. HR Administration:
   
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Manage benefits administration and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Handle payroll coordination and timekeeping.
5. Policy Implementation:
   
• Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations.
6. Health and Wellness Programs:
   
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement health and wellness initiatives for employees.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in human resources, preferably in the service industry.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
