Senior Software ( Team Lead) -Mumbai

Petrotec Group is a multi-national group of private companies that produce, manufacture, market and technically support equipment and manage systems for the retail areas of the oil industry.

Petrotec Retail Petroleum Equipment India Private Ltd. is planning to strengthen its department in Mumbai (Maharashtra) with a Senior Software ( Team Lead)
Gender: Male or Female

Education: BE/BTech (Computers/IT/Electronics and Telecomm)

Experience: 7 to 12 years

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the software team of 5 to 7 resources, technically and operationally, and act as one point contact
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Full Stack, .Net software applications and Mobile applications on Cloud or Server
• Plan the software delivery task plan by taking input from the project manager, tracking it, and reporting the status to the Project Manager and Group Head
• Perform root cause analysis on defects found to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Develop needed procedures, and guidelines, review templates for Software function, and follow those
• Conduct performance review of software team members and take the needed action(s)
• Establish an automated software testing environment by leading it and influencing the team members
• The candidate is expected to work with multi-location teams (Mumbai, Gandhinagar, Portugal)

Required experience and skills

• Candidate should have experience in developing Web Applications (Full Stack) and .Net applications
• Candidate should have experience in designing software apps using Microservices
• Candidate should have hands-on experience in Java, React/Angular, Vue.js, REST, C#, MariaDB/SQL, XML, Microservices, GRPC
• Candidate should have experience with project methodologies (V-Model, or Agile)
• Candidate should have experience in using Git/Bitbucket or SVN
• Candidate should have experience in planning tasks, tracking, mitigating risks, and status reporting
