Job Title: Hangar, Admin, and Terminal Building Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily hangar operations, ensuring streamlined processes and efficiency.
• Oversee the training and performance of maintenance and administrative staff.
• Ensure full compliance with aviation safety and regulatory standards in all operational areas.
• Coordinate with flight operations for seamless maintenance scheduling.
• Supervise terminal building operations, including cleaning, security, and passenger services.
• Maintain an organized inventory of tools, parts, and equipment.
• Prepare and oversee budgets for hangar, administrative, and terminal functions.
• Foster a high-performing team environment by maintaining appropriate staffing levels and optimizing workflows.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance standards and aviation operations.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in aviation, engineering, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant aviation certifications (DGCA, FAA or EASA) are preferable.
• Proven experience in managing hangar operations / terminal management, with a minimum of 15+ years in the aviation industry.
• Strong expertise in terminal building and administrative management.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation safety and maintenance regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
