Job Description
- You will be primarily accountable for managing the relationship with all companies where Sprink is a food partner
- Work with senior management team to provide a superior level of service to clients by managing their expectations and our deliverables
- Analysing client metrics to identify opportunities to improve the overall service
- Communicate key client requirements/service levels internally and help Operations team to manage client expectations if required
- Coordinate client satisfaction surveys (voice of the client)
- Manage Client escalated issues and work on action items after performing root-cause analysis of the issues raised
- Coordinate the invoicing process as per the monthly billing cycle of each client
- Act as an escalation point and liaison across the divisions to coordinate resolution of client queries
- Maximum 2 years of work experience (In similar roles of Sales, Business development or Operations management role)
- Freshers are also welcome to apply
- Should be graduate/diploma in any discipline
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Spoken and written English is a must Knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage
- Comfortable with advanced features of MS excel. Should have the intuition to use data effectively for devising operations efficiency
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- This is a 6 days working role which will require the selected candidate to be available based on clients needs
- The job requires daily travel to client location(s) so having own vehicle is a must
