Position: Telemarketer
Location: Noida
Company: Pest Shields India Pvt Ltd
Job Type: Full-time
CTC: Rs2.40-3.20 LPA + Incentive

About Us:
Pest Control Services is a leading pest management company that provides effective and eco-friendly solutions to commercial and residential clients. Our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction has made us a trusted name in the industry. We are expanding our team and are looking for a motivated Telecaller to support our sales and customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential customers (B2B & B2C) to promote pest control services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads for sales by explaining the benefits of our pest control solutions.
- Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings or service calls for field technicians based on customer requirements.
- Customer Queries: Answer inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing relevant product/service information.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer details, leads, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and support closing deals.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback post-service for improving future offerings.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or similar sales role (preferably in pest control or related services).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and present solutions confidently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software or customer database systems.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
