Job Description
- Proactive lead conversion through outbound calls and visits to potential customers from our shared database.
- End-to-end coordination with the internal team for successful sales closure.
- Generate new business leads, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities to existing clients.
- Conduct in-person sales meetings, presentations, and product demos showcasing our services and digital platforms.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in online and digital sales.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM data for smooth operations and reporting.
- Cold Calling, Field Sales, Online Lead Generation, Digital Sales, Sales Execution, Client Visits.
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in online marketplaces or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media, search engine marketing, email marketing).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to make outbound sales calls and conduct on-site visits to clients.

3.00 - 3.50 Lakh + Sales-Based Incentives
- Experience with CRM software for tracking and managing leads.
