Role:- Application Support Engineer

- Experience in UNIX, Linux, and Windows environments.

Detailed Scope of Work:
- 24*7 Shift Rotation Shift
- Deliver SIP
- Interaction with the customer
- Co-ordination with Vendor / Customer to find out the solution for the problem.
- Daily Checklist, DR Checklist/Prechecks
- Fetching Audit related DATA
- Closing vulnerability points related to application.
- User assistance
- Actively participation in Drill activities.
- Requirement gathering from User.
- Providing root cause analysis.
- Administration, and Troubleshooting
- Email and SMS alert configuration and modification.
- Monitor application performance and ensure system running efficiently.
- Network related knowledge and troubleshooting.
- How to integrate servers in ME tool
- Application-level monitoring configuration.
- Threshold modifications
- Process, log file and directories related alert creation.
- Report creation/scheduling.
- Giving application access to users
- Dashboard creation
- Fetching Audit related data
- Autosys Architecture
- Troubleshoot failed Job.
- Check and troubleshoot the agent connectivity.
- Agent Installation/Upgradation/Report Fetching
- Updating the threshold and job s parameters.
- UAT flow creation and testing
- Profile and JIL creation.
- JIL insertion and extraction
- Troubleshoot One Automation Alert Issues.
- Password insertion in Autopsy Secure for Windows Servers to execute the Windows Level Job.
- Extract Flow details and logs.
- Check and recycle application related services. (during drill and patches
