Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic RCM Executive to join our team. As the RCM Executive, you will be responsible for training new teams at the entry level besides reviewing and enhancing their skills.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to innovative training techniques.

To develop and deliver training programs for educating staff in various processes
To ensure efficient revenue generation and financial health for the practice
To educate trainees on the end-to-end dental revenue cycle process.
Provide training on dental coding systems and regulatory compliances.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through trainee feedback, performance evaluations, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Stay abreast of changes in dental coding guidelines, insurance policies, and healthcare regulations, and incorporate relevant updates into training materials to ensure compliance and accuracy.
