Sales Engineer - ( 2 ) Castors / Wheels / Rollers - Delhi / NCR / Pune

Roles and Responsibilities

1. The 2 selected candidates would report to the Sales Manager based at Pune and manage the Pune and Maharashtra / Delhi & NCR geographical region by achieving the business objectives and sales target.
2. Be responsible to sell polyurethane coated products such as Wheels, Castors, Rollers, Pulleys and custom moulded products to industrial customers.
3. Handle cold calling from targeted company databases, lead generation and schedule sales appointments with potential customers.
4. Identify decision makers in various Automobile, Steel, Material Handling, HVAC and Forging companies, give product demonstrations and convert the sales presentation into a productive closure.
5. Understand a customer's business and possible needs for customized product solutions and liaise with the project team to develop suitable technical proposals.
6. Give technical presentation to consultants, equipment manufacturers, clients etc.
7. Effectively function as the pivot for lead generation, order booking, product delivery and prompt payment collection

Desired Candidate Profile

Applicants should be aged 22 to 26 years with a degree in mechanical engineering and 1 - 3 years work experience in selling industrial / engineering products to factories in the Pune / Maharashtra region. New business development and key account management are important job criteria. Freshers will also be considered for the Pune vacancy only
