Automation Architect (Playwright)

About Position:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Automation Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of professional software testing, test automation, and quality assurance methodologies, with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and maintainable automation frameworks along with excellent leadership and team management skills.

What You'll Do:

• As an experienced QA Automation Architect, you will lead our organization's automation testing efforts and drive the adoption of automation best practices across our software development lifecycle.
• The QA Automation Architect will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess testing requirements, design automation solutions, and ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Candidate should have around 8-12 Years of Experience.
• Should have proven experience in Test automation technologies like Playwright/javascript.
• Candidate must understand cypress.
• Candidate must be strong in API concepts along with different authentications.
• Candidate must understand any cloud provided technologies like AWS S3, EC2, ECS, APiGateway, Lambda.
• Should understand concepts of BDD/TDD/Data driven/Keyword driven.
• Should understand performance testing and able to contribute with minimal assistance (In any one JMeter, Loadrunner, and Soapui).
• Comprehensive understanding of different test methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of build and deployment automation using tools such as Jenkins.
• Should guide/mentor teams in technical queries.
• Can come up with guidelines to deliver better quality product.
• Candidate should be able to come up will ball-park estimates of work on hand.
• A basic understanding in automation frameworks like WebdriverIO/Pigeon
