About Position:

We're seeking an experienced backend engineer to join our team in developing a scalable data processing platform. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Python development and distributed database systems.

• Location: Pune (Hinjewadi)
• Experience: 8 to 14 Years
• Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

• Design, implement, and scale data processing pipelines using Python
• Manage and optimize MongoDB/Document DB databases for large-scale data storage
• Develop and maintain Elasticsearch indices for efficient data retrieval
• Monitor and optimize system performance
• Implement data security and privacy measures

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8+ years experience with Python development, ideally with high-throughput environments
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB/Document DB
• Experience with Elasticsearch implementation and optimization
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Proficiency with version control (Git)
• Experience with Docker/container management systems
