Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze Software Specifications: Understand and review software system specifications to design appropriate performance tests.
• Develop Test Cases: Create and execute performance test cases and scripts covering various scenarios.
• Conduct Performance Testing: Ensure the systems reliability, capacity, and scalability through rigorous testing.
• Analyze Results: Evaluate test results and collaborate with development teams to address any issues.
• Generate Reports: Prepare detailed performance testing reports and present insights to management and clients.
• Identify Bottlenecks: Detect potential system bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Automate Tests: Design and develop automated tests for performance, stability, scalability, and reliability. • Collaborate with Teams: Work with other teams, such as development and system administration, to manage system and network configurations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, and Blazemeter.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze test results and identify performance issues.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration. • Experience: Typically requires a degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with relevant experience in performance testing24.
