Performance Tester

Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester with expertise in Load Runner and JMeter, specifically in the Banking/BSFI sector, to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance tests to ensure the stability, scalability, and reliability of our software applications in the Banking/BSFI sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing, experience with Load Runner and JMeter, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of working in the Banking/BSFI sector.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from a recognized university.

5+ years of experience in performance testing with Load Runner and JMeter, specific experience in the Banking/BSFI sector.

Strong background in software testing, including performance testing, load testing, stress testing, and endurance testing, with a focus on the Banking/BSFI sector.

Experience with performance testing tools, including Load Runner and JMeter, and a deep understanding of the Banking/BSFI sector's performance testing requirements.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide recommendations, specifically in the context of the Banking/BSFI sector.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and business stakeholders in the Banking/BSFI sector.

Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git), specifically in the Banking/BSFI sector.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, with a focus on meeting the performance testing requirements of the Banking/BSFI sector.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ Years of relevant experience in Performance testing

3+ Years of relevant experience in Load Runner; JMeter

Open for relocation, Onsite (Dubai)

Willing to work from office
