Position description: Proficient leader overseeing the execution of paid digital marketing campaigns, optimizing strategies for enhanced brand visibility, audience engagement, and measurable ROI.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute comprehensive paid digital marketing strategies, aligning with overall business goals and ensuring optimal ROI.
• Manage and allocate budgets effectively for paid digital campaigns, optimizing spending across various platforms to maximize reach and impact.
• Oversee the creation, implementation, and continuous optimization of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with target audience and business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to inform paid search campaigns, optimizing ad targeting and enhancing visibility.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of paid campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with the target audience and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Implement A/B testing methodologies to experiment with various ad elements, optimizing campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Refine audience targeting strategies, utilizing data to segment and target specific customer demographics for increased campaign effectiveness.
• Stay informed about updates and features on digital advertising platforms, ensuring the adoption of best practices and innovative techniques for campaign success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and analytics, to integrate paid digital campaigns into broader marketing initiatives.
