Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a large team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in achieving recruitment targets and enhancing their skills.
- Establish clear performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the hiring process.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition best practices and employment market trends.
Innovative Hiring Strategies:
- Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
- Leverage data analytics to assess recruitment processes and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Explore and utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to reach passive candidates.
Recruitment Process Optimization:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a streamlined and candidate-friendly experience.
- Implement best practices in candidate engagement, interview process, and onboarding.
- Monitor industry trends and update recruitment strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge
