Lead QA Automation Engineer - Pune/Nagpur/Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad

Key Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Java for test automation with Selenium WebDriver.
• Expertise in API testing using Rest Assured.
• Strong experience with Python for automation scripting in TestComplete.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS tools like Applitools for visual testing and TestGrid for mobile test automation.
• Good experience with CI/CD/CT pipelines, including GitHub Copilot and various QA tools.
• Leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to guide junior team members.
• Hands-on experience in maintaining automation infrastructure (e.g., Jenkins).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement in QA practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of automation strategy development and execution.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in test automation for intelligent test generation and defect categorization.
• Familiarity in Observability tools like Grafana.
• Familiarity with open-source and commercial QA tools.
