Job Description
Technical Project Manager / Technical Lead Experience: 8+ Years
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects using Agile methodologies, including planning, budgeting, scoping, and managing customer expectations.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery while mentoring and managing teams effectively.
- Guide teams and organizations in adopting Agile Scrum practices and principles to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure team alignment on project goals and scope, holding everyone accountable for delivery.
- Assess Scrum Maturity within the team and organization, coaching for higher maturity at a sustainable pace.
- Facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Develop schedules and cost plans that align with business objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones.
- Lead teams in maximizing velocity through the implementation of Scrum practices.
- Manage project execution to deliver maximum value within agreed schedules and budgets.
- Identify and remove impediments to the teams progress.
- Foster discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution while supporting team needs.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Role Expertise :
- Proven experience as a Dot Net Tech Manager and Scrum Master, managing end-to-end delivery of development and enhancement projects.
- Hands-on experience delivering large web-based applications.
- Background in the design and development of SaaS applications is preferred.
- Ability to manage both Waterfall and Agile execution models.
- Technical Skills :
- Proficient in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, WCF, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
- Expertise in front-end technologies like AngularJS and NodeJS.
- Experience with MS Azure and AWS technologies.
- Strong working knowledge of databases, including SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Proficient in tools such as MS Project, SSIS, and Agile project management tools.
- Additional Skills :
- Exceptional skills in communication, organization, and time management.
- Ability to conceptualize, design, and deliver robust applications.
- Knowledge of application troubleshooting, web application design, deployment planning, and maintenance reporting.
