Senior Payroll Specialist

Knowledgeable in Statutory related info like, PF, PT, Income Tax (especially Personal Taxation)

Collect banking information for direct deposit setup and initiate deposits on paydays

Knowledge of payroll taxes, benefits and other employee specific statutory compliances

Maintain and document all payroll records

Conduct semi-annual audits of all payroll records

Reconcile general ledger with regard to payroll transactions

Resolving issues related to Payroll

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns

Proficiency in MS Excel

Excellent communicative skills (Oral & Written)
