Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Content Manager at PK Online Ventures in Gurugram.
- The Marketing Content Manager will be responsible for content management, marketing strategies, writing, and digital marketing activities to drive brand engagement and performance driven campaigns on various platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience personas. Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content creation. Create and maintain editorial calendars and content schedules. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify content opportunities and align content with campaign goals.
- Content Creation & Management: Write, edit, and proofread high-quality marketing copy for various channels, including website, blog posts, articles, social media posts, email campaigns, presentations, and video scripts. Manage the creation and publication of engaging video content, including YouTube channel management (e.g., video production, editing, optimization, and promotion). Develop and maintain brand guidelines and style guides for all marketing materials. Oversee the content creation process, from ideation and planning to execution and publication.
- Digital Marketing: Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM). Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance. Identify and implement strategies to improve website traffic, conversion rates, and overall digital marketing ROI. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Team Collaboration & Project Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and development, to ensure successful project execution. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Provide regular progress reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Brand Building & Management: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity and voice. Monitor brand mentions and online conversations, and respond to customer inquiries and feedback. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 4-5 years of professional experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in writing, editing, and proofreading high-quality marketing copy.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing principles. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Passion for creating engaging and impactful content.

- Experience with managing YouTube channels and building a strong online community. Experience with paid social media advertising. Experience with marketing automation platforms.
