• Strong academic background e.g. Bachelor’s in commerce/business administration
• Experience in retail / retail execution – ideally online
• Ability to analyse multiple data sets, draw conclusions & present clear recommendations
• Strong communication skills to work across multiple BUs & stakeholders
• Ability to work with & influence a wide range of stakeholders across eComm internally & externally – including but not limited to: Channel leads, BU eComm teams, eComm marketing & external data providers
• Inspire others – ability to engage broad range of stakeholders both through compilation of compelling and persuasive presentations and ability to deliver
• Strong presentation and communication skills – skilled at building presentations to present and influence internally / externally at all levels
• Ability to translate data into clear actionable insights

• Proactive approach - drive online sales and customer engagement whilst taking others with you

• Previous eComm experience preferred
• Ability to handle multiple work streams simultaneously and to tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
