✅ YouTube Channel Management Oversee and manage the YouTube channel’s content, performance, and engagement.

✅ Growth & Strategy – Develop and implement strategies to increase subscribers, views, and watch time.

✅ SEO & Optimization – Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for higher visibility.

✅ Audience Engagement – Manage comments, community posts, and live sessions to build an active audience.

✅ Analytics & Performance Tracking – Use YouTube Analytics to analyze trends, audience behavior, and refine strategies.

✅ Monetization & Revenue Optimization – Implement and enhance revenue streams like Ads, Memberships, Super Chats, and Sponsorships.

✅ YouTube AdWords Management – Plan, execute, and optimize YouTube Ad campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

🔹 Experience in Independent Streaming Apps – Knowledge of UI/UX improvements for video streaming platforms.

🔹 Front-End Look & Feel Customization – Ability to enhance the design and user experience of streaming applications.

🔹 Basic Backend & Coding Knowledge – Familiarity with basic coding for app integrations and backend functionality.

Ideal Candidate:

🔹 4+ years of experience in YouTube channel management.

🔹 Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and content strategy.

🔹 Experience in YouTube AdWords & campaign management is a plus.

🔹 Passionate about video content, audience engagement, digital marketing of Apps.
