Job Description
- Coordination with Government Authorities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the university and government bodies for all scholarship-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with government policies and regulations regarding scholarships.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation to relevant authorities on time.
- Public Relations with Government Officials:
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with government officers to facilitate smooth communication.
- Represent the university at government meetings, events, and forums related to scholarships.
- Provide updates to government officials on the universitys scholarship programs and student progress.
- Scholarship Management and Clearance:
- Oversee the entire scholarship process, from application submission to final disbursement.
- Ensure all scholarships are accurately processed and cleared within the stipulated timeline.
- Address any issues, discrepancies, or delays in the scholarship clearance process.
