Lead Engineer - Javascript Framework (6-10 yrs)

Hiring Criteria :

Mandatory :

- Strong Core Javascript Engineer profile (Dont want React or AngularJS only profiles)

- Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 5+ YOE in Core vanilla Javascript and Typescript Development.

- Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have strong experience in developing Core JavaScript libraries (Dont want regular JS frameworks profiles, Angular, React etc)

- Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have hands-on experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS and TypeScript for scalable front-end development.

- Mandatory (Core Skill 1) - Must have strong understanding of Browser Fundamentals like Web Accessibility, Browser performance optimisation etc.

- Mandatory (Company) - Top Product / B2B SaaS companies

Role & Responsibilities :

- Development of Core JavaScript libraries.

- Writing reusable code or modules that can be used across all the JavaScript libraries.

Ideal Candidate :

- 6-8 Years of Experience

- Passion for writing Vanilla JavaScript

- Strong knowledge and experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Work Experience with TypeScript

- Deep understanding of the DOM, Browser Events, JavaScript APIs, Canvas rendering, etc.

- Deep understanding of how the browsers work.

- Regard for optimizations that focus on delivering content to the user as quickly as possible.

- Awesome Debugging Skills.

- Passion to write automated tests to verify the working of libraries (You can't possibly verify things on all devices and all browsers manually). We use Cypress for this.

- Understanding the similarities and differences across browsers (young and old).

- Experience in writing modular JavaScript code

- Knowledge of high-level programming concepts like promises, and data-binding.

- Passion to stay up to date with the constantly evolving world of front-end development.
