Role: Digital Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Campaigns)
Responsibilities:
1) Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective paid advertising strategies on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Research and identify the target audience, keywords, and demographics.
- Plan budget allocation for campaigns to maximize ROI.
2) Campaign Creation and Management:
- Create, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
- Design ad creatives or coordinate with the design team for banners and videos.
- Write compelling ad copy that aligns with the marketing objectives.
3) Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Continuously monitor ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- A/B test ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting strategies to achieve desired results.
4) Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Provide actionable insights to the marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Track conversions and attribute them correctly across platforms.
5) Competitor and Market Research:
- Analyze competitors advertising strategies and industry trends.
- Stay updated on changes to Google and Meta algorithms and policies.
6) Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work with content creators, designers, and copywriters to align ad creatives with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to integrate campaigns with other strategies.
7) Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate the campaign budget effectively.
- Ensure campaigns stay within budget and meet ROI targets.
8) Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure campaigns comply with advertising platform guidelines.
- Implement best practices for ad placements and targeting.
9)Staying Updated with Trends
- Keep up with Google & Meta ad platform
Key Skills Required:
- Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram campaigns).
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting campaign performance.
- Knowledge of marketing funnels and customer journeys.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
- Creativity in designing effective ad copy and visuals.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in running paid campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
- Certifications (preferred): Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint Certification Role & responsibilities
