Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated andorganized individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Intern. The ideal candidate will possess astrong foundation in people management skills and embody our core values of humility, honesty,empathy, creativity, teamwork, and a growth mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Bethe HR team right hand and left brain by Assist with day-to-day operations ofthe HR functions and duties.
- Provideadministrative support to the Human Resources Department
- Keeptrack of who\u2019s who and who\u2019s new in the company.
- Weedout the bad apples from the bunch of resumes and applications
- Arrangeand confirm dates with the candidates for interviews.
- Help,plan and host fun and engaging events for the employees
- Generatingand managing reports
- Supportthe HR Department in their various projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.)
- Assistin rolling out the services, policies, and programs that the HR staff come upwith
Shift Timings:
- Afternoon Shift 11:00 Am to 08:00 PM IST (Non-Negotiable)
Stipend:
INR 15,000-25,000
Requirements- Currentlyenrolled in BBA/MBA Program
- Knowledgeof the IT Industry is a plus
- Stronginterpersonal and communication skills
- Abilityto handle data with confidentiality.
- Goodorganizational and time management skills.
