Job Title: L2 IT Support Engineer

Location: Chakan-PUNE

Roll: IT Support / IT Services

Pacakage: 4.50 - 4.80 lpa

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in an IT support role (L2 ), with a focus on troubleshooting, support, and service delivery.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems (including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting).
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other core networking services.
• Experience with network troubleshooting, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and TCP/IP.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
• Experience with Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, etc.), hardware support, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.).

Education:

• Minimum:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred:
• Additional technical certifications or coursework in relevant IT fields.

Working Conditions:

• Work Environment: Office-based with possible hybrid/remote options depending on company policy.
• Schedule: Full-time 8:30am to 5:30pm.
