Spinning Manager (Production, Quality & Maintenance)

Role & responsibilities

You will be responsible for production at every stage of spinning right from Blow Room to Autoconer.

You will be responsible for maintain quality standard as per customer requirement & SITRA standards. You will be responsible for adherence of quality standards with the continuous analysis of quality reports and ensure the preventive and corrective actions.

You will also ensure the quality standards as per buyers specifications and requirements for the export and domestic orders.

Man management of all departments.

Daily analysis of mixing properties for better working & quality. To handle mixing by maintaining constant mixing parameters. Mixing are issue under my observation only.

To maintain quality as per export buyers requirement.

To control market complaints.

To calculate monthly yarn realization & to improve yarn realization.

To handle market complaints of warping, sizing, loom shed departments.

You shall be responsible for preventive & predictive maintenance of all cotton spinning machinery. Vis Blow Room, Trumac & LMW cards, LMW LC 300, Trumac 740, Combers LK 54, LR 250 & Rieter E66, LMW RSB Draw Frame, Rieter RSB 221, Simplex machine, LMW 1400 A & 1660, Ring Frame LR 6 & LR 60A. Also compact Elite Spinning, Autoconer Schlafhorst 338 & Murata QPRO,

Experience on Open End machine particularly LMW M2 Model will be added advantage.

You shall be responsible for maintaining all the spinning machine in healthy condition & fine tune the machine, to ensure very good quality of yarn.

Help in optimizing savings through process improvements, quality enhancements & development of new systems.

To help the sub ordinate in data analysis and problem solving methodology

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Diploma / Degree in Textile Engineer

Age: Around 45 / 50 years
