Sales Manager - Corporate Accounts

Role & responsibilities

• To build and maintain relationships with corporate clients in the geography allocated to you, which can be a state, multiple states or an entire region
• Engage deeply with target companies to identify their end-to-end processes for procurement of transportation services, and the people involved in them (including influencers, decision makers, end-users etc.)
• Competition analysis with a view to enhancing PBL's ability to win contracts with target companies
• Win/loss analysis of PBL's bids from the buyer's perspective
• Predict business volumes and values for forthcoming financial periods such as month / quarter / year etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge and experience in corporate sales, especially where complex decision making processes are involved
• Excellent communication skills - English, Hindi and one or two local languages including Telugu
• Sales, negotiation and people skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Internet and usage of various software systems such as an ERP, GPS etc. (you will have to pass an MS Office test if shortlisted based on CV)
• Integrity and ethical behaviour
• Patience
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively, sometimes to remote project sites
• Excellent physical and mental fitness
