Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager pre-maintenance

Role Title: Sr. Executive / Asst.Manager Pre-Inspection

Reporting to: Service Engineer

Department: Technical

Location: Workshop, Lankelapalem, Visakhapatnam

Immediate requirement.

CTC: It can be expected in the range of 3-5 Lakh p.a. The salary will not be a constraint to deserving candidates.


Key Responsibilities:

1. The incumbent is responsible to check all the machines that are working on a monthly basis at various site in India .

2. Create job cards in ERP on monthly basis and assign to maintenance department

3. Review of maintainence masters of all equipments

4. Identify suitable mechanics / service providers near to the site to get required maintenance

5. Preparation of Customer Review against Operator Performance

6. Rate operator and helper performance

7. Preparation of feed back form about the machine and operator from the customer

8. Taking feed back from the customer site wise / machine wise

9. creating training videos model / make how to operate and Do and Don't check list

10. Attending training programs of various makes / model for cranes / fl / manlifts

11. Training operators through videos

12. Preparation of monthly report format & submission of montly report to management

13. Checking of tools as per the tool list in all the equipments

14. Checking of daily check list maintained by the operator

15. Identifying Vendor's , Technicians near site's

16. Manlift operators recruitment

17. Manlift operators gatepass process , Manlift loading and gate entry and gate outs to be lined up

18. Manlift operators trip / trvels and fixed advance , incentives , site allowances to be updated

Profile - Education:

B.Tech (Automobile) / B.Tech ( Mechanical) / M.Tech (Automobile) / M.Tech ( Mechanical) / Diploma (Automobile).

Profile Experience:

About 5-8 years of post-qualification experience is desirable.

Mandatory requirements:

Good to have Knowledge in ERP, Tally, and MS Office.
