Software Engineer - Full Stack

What you need to know about the role-
As a SE 3 in Hyperwallet, the Engineer should act as a junior tech lead, will work closely with our tech lead, GTL and products to gather requirements. Prepare HLD and LLD and get it reviewed, guide junior engineers in absence of Tech lead

As an SE 3, you must be technically strong to gather requirements from Product owner and create HLD and LLD, get it reviewed from GTL and TL.
You will be working with various cross-functional groups (Products, Engineering, UX, and Architects) and will require strong negotiation and influencing skills. You are also expected to be an able individual contributor, a mentor, and a peer.
You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy driving innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development. You should be passionate about bringing great experiences to life and comfortable working with back-end (Java, JSF and Spring boot) and front-end (React Js) tech stacks, development frameworks, and third-party libraries.

• Design and develop highly scalable and available applications for mission-critical systems
• Work with product management to design or simplify APIs
• Write clean, functional code for the front-end and back-end features.
• Design, develop and maintain client-side and server-side software components including Web, REST APIs, GraphQL Api, real-time systems and batches.
• Prototype ideas quickly using cutting edge technologies.
• Show pride of ownership and strive for excellence in everything you do.
• Provide technical solutions to meet business requirements
• Actively mentor and coach engineers on technology and engineering aspects
