Financial Planning and Analysis

Role & responsibilities

• Financial Forecasting & Budgeting:
• Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow projections.
• Prepare annual operating budgets and track performance against targets.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of performance.
• Financial Analysis:
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, profitability margins, and return on investment (ROI).
• Prepare financial models to evaluate business decisions, such as capital expenditures, mergers and acquisitions, and new product launches.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational decision-making.
• Business Partnering:
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their financial goals and challenges.
• Provide financial guidance and support to business units.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data from various sources.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports.
• Present financial information to management in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
