Procurement Executive

Job Role and responsibilities

• Understand and Manage company's overall sourcing strategy
• Do often research to understand company's operations needs and requirements
• Build relationships with vendors and key suppliers
• Negotiate pricing and control costs
• Should be able to drive procurement policy.
• Keep on top of industry and market trends and best practices
• Adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations related to procurement.
• Experience in IT and ITeS and understand requirements related to the business is preferable but not mandate
• Should be able to coordinate with different departments and do time bound procurement's with best costs.
• Should be a Team Player.

Job requirements and qualifications

• Experience of 0 to 2 years can apply
• Minimum Graduation required and any additional certification on sourcing or procurement is advantage.
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Discretion and maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Outspoken and written communication skills
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Able to work in a highly productive learn team environment
