Patil Automation Pvt ltd is looking for Sr. Engineer/Engineer (Catia ) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.you will play a crucial role in contributing to the development of new products, ensuring design integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:CAD Modeling:Utilize CATIA V5/V6 to create detailed 3D models of components and assemblies.Implement design changes and modifications as needed.Assembly Design:Develop assembly structures and layouts, ensuring proper fit, form, and function.Conduct interference checks and assembly simulations for validation.Surface Modeling:Apply advanced surfacing techniques in CATIA for complex shapes and aesthetic designs.Ensure high-quality surface continuity and integrity.Collaboration:Work closely with mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and project managers to understand design requirements.Effectively communicate design concepts and modifications within the team.Design Analysis:Perform design analysis, including structural analysis and tolerance stack-ups.Collaborate with analysis teams to address and resolve design-related issues.Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including detailed drawings and specifications.Ensure all documentation adheres to industry standards and company guidelines.Prototyping Support:Provide support during prototype development, addressing design-related challenges.Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure the feasibility of designs.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on CATIA software updates and new features.Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the design workflow.
