Job Description
- Call and schedule appointments for patients on the recall list
- Obtain and enters accurate patient demographic and insurance information
- Keep supervisor informed of patient demand and access concerns
- Route calls to appropriate department or staff as needed
- Attend regular developmental training and communicate regular updates to the team
- Audit work assigned to ensure quality and productivity targets are met
- Assist with onboarding of new team members
- English preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
- Possesses excellent cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff members at all levels
- Basic working knowledge of computers
- Willingness to work continuously on night shifts
