Role & responsibilities: -

• Help in admission/discharge and other issues for IPD patients.
• Schedule patient appointments and make reminder calls.
• Develop patient care plan based on doctors assessment information.
• Plan, coordinate and carry out patient care operations.
• Respond to patient concerns timely and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Maintain patient medical records up-to-date.
• Guide on insurance related issues and claims of the patients.
• Process patient billings and collect payments.
• Maintain patient records confidential and secure.
