Junior Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of presentation drawings, Schematic Drawings, Municipal Drawings etc.
• Visiting On-going Site to inspect and supervise the execution works
• Preparation of working drawings, services and other drawings.
• Coordination with other consultants involved in the project.
• Reporting Principal Architect about daily work progress.
• Maintain internal and external correspondence and properly maintain project records.
• Preparation of reports / documents.
• Any other work as required from time to time.

Preferred candidate profile

• Interest or experience in High Rise Planning
• Interest or experience in Interior Designing
• Knowledge of DCPR 2034
• Site Handling Experience\
• Should have experience of Mumbai Based Architecture Work
