Job Description
- Proven design and development experience creating interactive environments.
- Ability to rapidly create and iterate on proof of concept/prototype ideas.
- 3+ years of professional experience using Unity 3D to create enterprise-quality virtual interactive experiences.
- 3+ years of professional experience writing C# (including technical documentation, unit tests, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience using industry-standard development and project management tools such as Visual Studio, Xcode, Git, SourceTree, etc. in a professional development environment
- Demonstrable knowledge of commonly used algorithms, 3d math, advanced optimization and debugging techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills including scheduling and time management.
- Experience using virtual reality/augmented reality hardware (including mobile).
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications or equivalent.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience with other programming languages (Python, Go, Typescript, C++, etc.).
- Experience using cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
- Demonstrable desire to learn and share knowledge.

Ben (owner) and Sd who are the higher level managers, are trying their best in uplifting the organisation in all possible areas. The HR is very supportive too. Particle 41 is the best place I have ever worked. Their Clients were also great.
The lower level lead who handles multiple teams doesn't seem to be in sync with the upper level management as his contribution towards the organisation seems less and unproductive.
