Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient fleet management, line haul optimization, hub operations, last mile delivery, route planning, and transportation logistics.
  
• Oversee branch staff performance and provide guidance on customer service standards to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs through effective use of resources.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing) to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years' experience in courier/logistics industry with expertise in branch management or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of branch operations, including fleet management, line haul optimization, hub operations, last mile delivery, route planning, transportation logistics.
  
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
