Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage fleet operations, including route planning, tracking, and optimization using Route3 and TMS.
- Plan routes for FTL (Full Truck Load) shipments based on customer requirements.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data and identify areas for improvement in vehicle management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to vehicle tracking and fleet operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-13 years of experience in Fleet Operations or a related field.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Route Planning, Route3, TMS, Vehicle Management, and Vehicle Tracking skills required.
- Strong understanding of FTL shipping processes and logistics industry practices preferred.
