Client Servicing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for new acquisitions of Dealerships in their region.
• Ensure regular business from Dealerships.
• Revenue collection from the dealerships.
• Handling all the dealer-related issues and closure of the same.
• Building cordial relationships with Dealers
• Taking regular feedback from dealers and executing improvisation plans for the same.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of auto insurance/ automotive lead sales/ automotive service business is preferred but not a must.
• Comfortable with traveling around the base location.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Process-driven but flexible enough to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
