Manufacturing/Factory Head - Diesel Generators/Electrical Components (21-25 yrs)

Job Purpose:

- The Manufacturing/Factory Head of Diesel Generators is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality diesel generators.

- This role includes strategic planning, resource management, and operational oversight to optimize production efficiency and maintain safety, quality, and environmental standards.

- The Factory Head will lead and develop the manufacturing team, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices.

- Additionally, this position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer demands, drive innovation, and enhance product offerings in the competitive diesel generator market.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

Knowledge and Experience:

- 21-25+ years of progressive experience in DG Manufacturing or Electrical components factory

- In-depth knowledge of execution principles, best practices, and industry trends.

- Proven track record of successfully leading manufacturing operations and driving process improvements.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Education and Certifications:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.

- Master's degree in business administration or project management (preferred).

- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) Preferred
