PROCESS COORDINATOR
DESCRIPTION:
• The Process Coordinator is responsible for process coordination post order receipt
MAIN MISSION:
• To support the sales team and to assist the Account Manager with order management, starting from registration of the order to final delivery of the product
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
• Order registration (SAP SD module)
• Management of the order book (contract and non-contract)
• Management of customer forecasts
• Registering contracts on the system
• Contract monitoring • Tracking of deliveries
• Drafting purchase requisitions and follow-ups
SOFT SKILLS:
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team
• Involvement, motivation, willingness to learn
• Autonomy, sense of initiative
• Learn new methods and procedures
• Be able to share experiences and practice
• Organize your working time efficiently
BASIC TRAINING AND RELATED SKILLS
• Knowledge of methodologies necessary for sales/process administration
Fluency in Word, Excel, Outlook. Advanced use of Excel (V-Lookup / X-Lookup) will be an advantage.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
• 1-5 years of experience in sales/process administrative functions
• Experience in Aerospace/Defence sector and experience in SAP functions will be a plus
WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am 5:30 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am 1:30 pm
