No Sales process is required.

To provide the best resolution to the customers..

To work with the software technical team(if required) to resolve the customer problem.

Proficient in English both verbal & written Communication with Foreign clients is part of the job.

Maintain a better relationship with the customers..

Strong Analytical Skills.

Knowledge of Accounting is a big value add for the candidate..
