Logistic Assistant

The Junior Assistant Logistics will play a key role in supporting logistics operations, including managing purchase and sales orders, coordinating with suppliers, transport parties, and drivers, and handling administrative duties both inside and outside the office. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to coordinate and follow up effectively to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Role & responsibilities

1. Make Purchase Order & Sales Order.

2. Dealing with Transporter & Drivers.

3. Following Up with Driver & Transport Owners for loading & unloading.

4. hands on Microsoft office Excel & Microsoft Office Word.

5. Office Work or Outside office work

Preferred candidate profile

1) Experience in Logistics/Administration required.

2) Male Candidate Preferable.
