4. SOP development for warehouse and transportation.

5. Daily report monitoring.

6. Handling client escalation.

7. Handling Client meeting, client escalations, operation review with client.

8. KPI management.

9. First POC for client

10. Transportation management

11. Vendor Management

12. Monthly billing update

13. Involve into new RFQ's cost part.

14. Operation rollout.

Preferred candidate profile-

1. Candidate should be from logistics company.
