Intellectual Patent Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, file, and prosecute patents (India, US, EPO)
• Handle IP litigation, infringement, and legal compliance
• Develop and implement IP policies and strategy
• Conduct training and awareness programs
• Perform patent searches, competitor analysis, and FTO clearances
• Liaise with government bodies, attorneys, and internal teams

KPIs:

• Patents granted & designs registered
• IP training sessions conducted
• IP litigation cases handled
• Competitor IP monitoring reports

Competencies:

• Strong legal knowledge (IP laws, patent analytics, compliance)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in manufacturing, R&D, or NPD preferred

Requirements:

• Education: Registered Indian Patent Agent with M.Tech/B.E. (Mechanical)
• Experience: 10-15 years
• Skills: Patent drafting, IP litigation, compliance, training, and strategy
• Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi (Preferred not mandatory)
