Project Head

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, monitoring, scheduling, controlling, and site management to ensure timely completion within budget.
  
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve project efficiency.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate records of projects including tender estimation, quantity estimation, civil engineering designs, construction management plans.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in construction industry with expertise in building materials (cement/steel).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or related field from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of project engineering principles including design development & detailing; projections for cost control & resource allocation.
• Overall Construction management and quality standards. Preferred
• Key Responsibilities: Monitoring projects, ensuring progress & timelines, coordinating with service consultants, prepare reports, ensuring quality, mobilising resources & managing contractors billing.
