Qualifications: B.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, BCA,BSE-IT

Experience: 0 to 2 Years

Key Responsibility: The IT Automation Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation processes within our data extraction tool environment. This role demands a high degree of logical reasoning and analytical thinking, as the successful candidate will need to solve complex problems, streamline processes, and ensure data accuracy. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize data processing and reporting workflows.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and workflows within the data extraction tool, leveraging strong logical problem-solving abilities.

• Analyze complex data requirements and translate them into efficient and effective automated processes.

• Optimize existing automation processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and accuracy, utilizing logical reasoning to identify and resolve bottlenecks.

• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of automation systems and tools, using logical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Proactively identify areas for improvement within the system, proposing logical solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT automation and data extraction, applying logical reasoning to evaluate new tools and methods.

• Good Communication Skill able to understand and express clearly.

Understanding of Quality Processes like ISO, CMM, etc.
